SSE plc is hiring a Quality Engineer to join its Quality team. The role supports continuous improvement, quality standards, and customer-focused services across a diverse project portfolio. Lean Six Sigma experience is advantageous and there is a 50% office requirement within the South of England and Scotland.
You will drive quality reviews, manage risks, and ensure quotations and designs meet regulatory obligations while enabling efficient business performance.
Base Location: Flexible UK | We're proud to offer a Flexible First approach to work, and this role is no exception. We will, however, need your base 'home' location to be one of our SSE offices or depots in the South of England and Scotland.

Salary: £57,150 - £68,295 + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Quality Engineer to join our Quality team.
This is a varied role at the heart of the Commercial & Connections business, where you'll help drive continuous improvement, champion quality standards and support the delivery of efficient, compliant and customer-focused services.
Working across a diverse portfolio of projects, you'll have the opportunity to influence business performance, collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation and help shape a culture of quality and excellence.
Experience of Lean Six Sigma methodologies would be advantageous.
