Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a small team of electrical and electronic design engineers.
  • Oversee design activities related to test equipment, automation, and control systems.
  • Ensure compliance with internal design processes and facilitate effective communication across departments.
  • Provide technical guidance in PCB design, including both digital and analogue circuits, using Altium Designer.
  • Contribute to project planning, resource allocation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • HNC/HND or Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or equivalent practical experience as a Time-Served Engineer.
  • Proven experience managing or supervising an electrical/electronic design team.
  • Hands-on experience in test, automation, or control systems design.
  • Proficient in PCB design (digital and analogue) using Altium or similar platforms.
