Electrical Design Engineer

Near Corsham, Wiltshire

£40,000 - £45,000 + Bonus + Hybrid + PMI + Benefits + Progression + 31 days Holiday

Are you currently working as an Electrical Design Engineer? Do you have experience in using Autocad Electrical or similar? Are you looking to join a progressive company with a great benefits package, working in their tight knit and highly performing team, designing a range of control panels?

The Role

• Create electrical design documents such as schematics, panel layouts, and wiring diagrams to support control systems.
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth integration of electrical elements into custom machinery.
• Assist with panel assembly and testing, helping resolve issues and maintain build quality.
• Keep design records current, support change processes, and contribute to technical reviews.
• Work with commissioning teams to validate panel performance during factory and site testing.

The Candidate

• Familiar with ERP systems.
• BSc in Electrical Engineering - or similar.
• Experience with AutoCAD Electrical or E Plan.
• Able to produce high quality design documentation.
• Control panel design experience - highly desirable
