Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL seeks an Electrical Design Building Services Engineer for its Leeds office. The role covers design from concept through construction across education, commercial and residential sectors, with strong opportunities for technical development and project responsibility.

Applicants should have an Electrical Building Services background, consultancy experience, and be progressing towards IET/CEng accreditation. A collaborative, supportive team environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Electrical Building Services background, degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in consultancy/design environment is essential.
• IET/CEng pathway desirable.

Responsibilities

• Produce electrical building services designs from concept to construction.
• Carry out feasibility studies and technical design calculations.
• Prepare specifications, reports, drawings, and design documentation.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and attend client meetings.
• Ensure compliance with Building Regulations and industry guidance.
• Contribute to sustainable and low-carbon design solutions.
