Electrical Design Engineer (Building Services)

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000
Location: Glasgow (Remote + Newcastle office once a month)

About the Role

In this hybrid position you will deliver projects ranging from £5k to £3.5m in value. You will design HV/LV, network distribution, lighting, fire, and security systems while ensuring budgets and timescales are met. You will work autonomously with flexible working hours and remote options.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop electrical designs, specifications, and attend site meetings.
• Design lighting, alarm systems, and HV/LV network distribution.
• Focus 70% of work on design while overseeing project budgets and schedules.
• Utilise remote working tools; visit the Newcastle office once a month.
