A leading defense contractor in the UK is seeking an Electrical Designer to join their team. This full-time role offers hybrid working arrangements and involves applying engineering expertise to integrate electrical systems on naval vessels. As an Electrical Designer, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. This is a highly impactful role offering visible outcomes and real career progression.
Day–to–day, you’ll apply your engineering modelling and design expertise to support the integration of electrical systems on submarines and surface ships. You’ll work across hardware and software requirements, ensuring compliance with defence standards and contributing to the operational readiness of the Royal Navy.
This role is full time, 35 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 2 days in the office/onsite and 3 days working from home.
The successful candidate must be a sole UK national who is able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC security clearance for this role.
