What You’ll Do
  • Deliver innovative EICA design solutions for clean water and wastewater projects, from concept to detailed design
  • Produce high-quality engineering outputs including single-line diagrams, cable block diagrams, control system architecture, MCC datasheets, and load schedules
  • Act as a technical specialist, providing expertise and guidance
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary designs and manage interfaces across teams
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, JV partners, and clients
  • Review bids, subcontractor designs, and provide technical support on-site
  • Mentor junior engineers and support their professional growth
  • Define and manage budgets, schedules, and quality standards
What We’re Looking For
  • Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering (or similar)
  • Strong background in water or related industries
  • Expertise in electrical power systems, water treatment control systems, and integrated system design
  • Knowledge of CDM, procurement, and document control
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and driven to deliver efficient solutions
Desirable:
  • Professional Qualification (IEng / CEng MIET)
  • Proven leadership and mentoring experience
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and career progression
