Proactive Global is seeking an Electrical Controls Engineer to support the design, development, programming and implementation of electrical control systems for specialist industrial equipment in Stoke-on-Trent. You will work with Engineering, R&D, Project Management, Production and Service teams from design through to factory testing, commissioning and ongoing technical support.

The role combines strong electrical engineering knowledge with practical PLC programming experience.

Qualificações

• BEng/BSc in Electrical Engineering or equivalent is required.
• 2–3 years' experience in electrical engineering, automation or similar.
• Experience programming PLCs in Rockwell Studio 5000 or CODESYS.
• Knowledge of CAD tools: AutoCAD, EPLAN or SolidWorks Electrical.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations for installations and service.

Responsabilidades

• Design electrical control systems and generate BoMs.
• Develop PLC and HMI software per system architecture.
• Configure VFDs/servo drives within Rockwell environments.
• Support testing, commissioning and on-site activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
