Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Contract Manager or Project Manager.
• Strong background in Health & Safety management, including CDM Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of electrical projects from pre-construction to handover.
• Manage project planning, resourcing, budgets, and timelines.
• Conduct site visits and client meetings.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams.
• Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractors.
• Manage customer relationships and resolve disputes.
• Prepare and present Cost Value Reconciliation forecasts.
• Liaise with Design, Estimating, and Subcontract teams.
