Job Description: Electrical Project/Contracts Manager

Position: Full-time, Monday to Friday (Plus overtime available)

Salary: GBP 55,000 - GBP 60,000 (Dependent on Experience) (Apply online only)

Role Overview:

Your time will be split between project managing the works won as contracts manager, ensuring a smooth handover from winning the job to job completion. You will be the main point of contact for engineers and be available to answer any technical questions when required.

Responsibilities:

1. Act as a QS for the NICEIC Registration & Complete Annual Assessments
2. Quote & win works
3. Ensure projects run smoothly and within budget
4. Assist with all certification & QS Certificates
5. Assist with ongoing training & development of staff
6. Assist with Testing Procedures
7. Complete calibration of testing equipment
8. Assist with Health & Safety Procedures and ensure compliance
9. Assist with site procedures and ensure staff follow correct procedures

Key Essential Requirements:

1. Full UK Driving License
2. 18th Edition of BS7671
3. Competent in Testing & Inspection
4. Level 3 NVQ
5. Must have own tools
6. Minimum 7 years experience as an Electrician/Electrical Supervisor
7. Project Management Experience

Preferred Requirements:

1. ECS Card
2. SMSTS
3. Level 4 Award in Design and Verification of Electrical Installations
4. Inspection & Testing 2391 qualification or equivalent
5. Experience of being a QS (Qualified Supervisor)
