Job summary

LTM Recruitment Specialists Ltd seeks a Systems & Compliance Manager to lead the Newcastle Office compliance function, ensuring operations meet statutory requirements and industry standards. You will own local quality, health, safety, and environmental management systems, coordinate audits, support electrical governance and NICEIC accreditation, and oversee apprentice development.

Qualifications

• Experience managing compliance or assurance in building services or regulated environments.
• Auditing ISO management systems and driving corrective actions.
• Mentoring apprentices and developing professionals.
• Strong reporting and communication with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continually improve ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 in the Newcastle Office.
• Coordinate NICEIC assessment preparation, evidence and certification controls.
• Support Health, Safety and Quality policies and conduct site inspections and compliance reviews.
• Review project documentation for compliance with company and client requirements.
• Advise project teams on corrective action and assurance priorities.
• Represent the company during audits, inspections and client meetings.
• Ensure duties are performed within competence and appointment boundaries.
