Job summary

A leading facilities management company based in the City of London is seeking an Electrical Supervisor. This role involves overseeing Fixed Wire Testing and Electrical Remedial Works, ensuring compliance with high safety standards. Candidates should have a recognised electrical qualification and strong supervisory experience. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 0800 - 1630, with the possibility of overtime. Qualifications

• Recognised electrical apprenticeship (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
• 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations required.
• City & Guilds 2391 (Testing & Inspection) or equivalent preferred.

• Plan and schedule works across multiple contracts.

About The Role:

Working Days:

Monday to Friday 0800 - 1630 with Overtime available

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the delivery of Fixed Wire Testing, Electrical Remedial Works.
• Ensure all works are completed to the highest standards of safety and quality.
• Plan and schedule FWT / Remedial Works across multiple contracts.
• Ordering material for remedial projects
• Ensuring Tasks are kept up to date on our CAFM system.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery. Conduct audits, inspections, and quality checks on completed works.
• Producing Quotations.
• Acting as NICEIC Qualified Supervisor and reviewing certification.

Essential Skills:

• Recognised electrical apprenticeship (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
• 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations.
• City & Guilds 2391 (Testing & Inspection) or equivalent.
• Proven supervisor experience, ideally within a compliance or testing environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical compliance, health & safety, and industry best practice.
• Excellent communication, supervision, and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Must have strong IT literacy
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Applications
• Previous experience of CAFM systems (desirable)
