Overview

Marble Talent Group is proud to be partnering with a forward-thinking, people-focused business seeking an experienced Electrical Compliance Manager to ensure the continued compliance and safety of all electrical operations across multiple projects.

This is a critical role for an ambitious, qualified professional who is passionate about electrical safety, operational integrity, and driving best practices across low voltage systems. You\'ll be responsible for upholding the highest standards in line with BS7671, overseeing Safe Systems of Work, and ensuring that engineers and contractors are trained, competent and authorised to deliver outstanding work safely and efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing

• Maintain electrical installation standards and compliance, supporting annual NICIEC audits and keeping documentation up to date.
• Circulate regulation updates and ensure information is stored centrally.
• Identify and appoint the right people for project-specific Authorised Person (AP) and Competent/Approved Person (ANP) roles.
• Verify competency levels of project teams and subcontractors, providing support and training where needed.
• Keep meticulous records of all appointments and site energisations, ensuring client and main contractor notifications are timely and accurate.
• Carry out site visits and audits to monitor installation quality, compliance, and safety before energisation.
• Escalate any concerns and ensure safe working environments are maintained at all times.
• Issue and cancel AP/ANP appointments as projects progress.
• Ensure First Aid training and emergency preparedness are up to date.

What You'll Bring

• Fully qualified Electrician with 18th Edition and City & Guilds Testing & Inspection (e.g., 2391/2394/2395).
• Strong technical understanding of low voltage systems for domestic and commercial sites.
• Proven knowledge of Electrical Safety Guidance and industry regulations.
• Prior experience as a Qualifying Supervisor for NICIEC/ECA, or the ability to be assessed to obtain this status.
• Authorised Persons (LV) training and valid First Aid certification.
• Strong communication, organisation and auditing skills with a passion for quality and compliance.
