Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working within a local authority.
• Knowledge of compliance and building services environment.
• Ability to review service documentation and manage contractor performance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure highest standards of electrical compliance and safety.
• Address findings in service report documentation.
• Manage contractor performance and KPIs.
• Prepare and update service contract specifications.
• Carry out audits and inspections of building services systems.
• Support creation of planned maintenance programs.
