Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a CAD Technician for a role focused on designing and modifying control systems and electrical hardware. Candidates must be proficient in AutoCAD Electrical, have a solid understanding of control circuits, and possess experience with PLCs and DCSs. This permanent position is based near Stoke-On-Trent, offering 37 hours of work per week. Applicants must be eligible for SC Security Clearance.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a working knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical.
• Capability to design and modify control circuit drawings is essential.
• Knowledge of IEC BS EN 60439-1 is required.

Responsibilities

• Design control systems and control circuits.
• Modify drawings based on mark-ups.
• Work primarily with CAD.

Skills

Working knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical

Design and modify instrument loops drawings
