Qualifications

• Proven electrical maintenance and fault-finding experience within an M&E or industrial/commercial setting.
• Confidence interpreting electrical drawings and carrying out safe system-of-work practices.
• Experience working with systems such as HVAC, lighting, power, fire safety and security.

Responsibilities

• Delivering electrical maintenance, inspection and testing in line with SFG20.
• Identifying and resolving electrical faults across the estate.
• Supporting planned preventative maintenance programmes.
