Electrical Building Services Engineer - Oxford Area. An established building services consultancy in the Oxford area is looking to appoint an Electrical Building Services Engineer to join their growing team. Known for delivering practical, intelligent design solutions across sectors such as commercial, education, residential and defence, this is a chance to be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking environment with a strong industry reputation.

Responsibilities
  • Delivering projects to high technical standards, on programme and within budget
  • Producing detailed designs, drawings and specifications using AutoCAD and Revit
  • Liaising with clients to understand briefs, budgets and design requirements
  • Reviewing tenders, preparing technical reports and supporting recommendations
  • Managing site activities, monitoring progress and assisting with final accounts
  • Carrying out site surveys, inspections and producing condition reports
  • Preparing technical documentation, presentations and supporting reports
  • Coordinating with other disciplines on electrical distribution and building systems
  • Staying informed on legislation, building regulations, CIBSE guidance and best practice
  • Some projects may require background or security checks.
