Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is currently seeking an Electrical Assembly Technician for a leading manufacturer of industrial machinery in the food sector. You will conduct detailed assembly and testing of electrical systems across machinery, including sensors, motors, actuators and interconnects.

The role is based on site in St Neots, with Monday to Friday days, a 39-hour week and an early finish on Fridays. Training, progression and benefits are provided to support your development.

Qualifications

• Electrical assembly and testing of electrical systems on manufacturing machinery.
• Experience with sensors, motors, actuators and interconnects is desirable.
• Background in manufacturing/production equipment or similar.

Responsibilities

• Electrical assembly, testing and installation of machinery.
• Carry out functional testing and verify signal paths.
• Collaborate with departments during machine building.
