Roles and Responsibilities
  • Build and wire electrical panels, harnesses, looms, and cables (HV and LV).
  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and assembly drawings.
  • Support engineers with the development and improvement of prototype harnesses.
  • Carry out electrical testing, inspection, and quality checks to ensure all work meets specification.
  • Maintain a safe, tidy, and well‑organised work area as part of a lean production environment.
  • Work overtime when required to support customer deadlines (optional overtime available regularly).
The ideal candidate
  • Previous experience assembling or wiring electrical panels, harnesses, or electronic components in a workshop or production environment.
  • Confident using soldering, crimping, and electrical testing equipment.
  • Able to read and follow technical drawings and electrical schematics.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high‑quality work.
  • A proactive team player with a reliable, positive, and practical approach.
