Job summary

BAM Site Solutions in the United Kingdom is seeking a Level 3 Electrician Apprentice to learn on real projects, earn while you gain a nationally recognised qualification, and start a career in the electrical industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planned preventative maintenance and complete paperwork.
• Assist with reactive and emergency breakdown tasks and reports.
• Support Contracts Manager and other team members as directed.
• Ensure tasks are completed within contractual time scales.
• Proactively reduce energy consumption on site.
• Oversee visiting subcontractors regarding quality of work and safety.
• Be flexible to assist on other properties within the portfolio.
• Follow company policies and complete work documentation accurately and on time.
• Carry out work safely and diligently at all times.

Building a sustainable tomorrow

• Assist and learn how to carry out and complete planned preventative maintenance and also complete the appropriate paperwork and reports.
• Assist with the reactive and emergency breakdown tasks and complete the associated paperwork.
• Assisting other team members when required or as directed from the Contracts Manager.
• Ensure that all tasks that are issued are completed within the contractual time scales.
• Proactively reduce energy consumption on site.
• Overseeing visiting sub-contractors with regards to standard of work and Health and Safety.
• Adopt a flexible attitude in relation to assisting on other properties within the portfolio.
• Carry out all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Understand and complete all work related documentation accurately and on time.
• Carry out work in a safe and diligent manner at all times.
