Job summary

TXM Recruit is seeking an Installation Engineer to fit domestic electrical appliances for customers in Romford. You will install items such as ovens, washing machines, hobs and TV wall mounts, ensuring work meets safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Electrical Appliance Installer - Romford

TXM Recruit are working with a growing specialist business to recruit an experienced Installation Electrician to join their expanding team.

The Role

As an Installation Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out the installation of a range of domestic electrical appliances and products within customers' homes, including electric hobs, built-in and freestanding electric ovens, washing machines, and TV wall mounts, ensuring all work is completed safely, professionally, and in line with current regulations.

Salary & Benefits

• £40,000 - £45,000 basic salary
• Company van and fuel card (provided for business hours)
• £12 per day meal allowance

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installation
• 18th Edition (BS 7671)
• Proven experience in domestic electrical installations
• Full UK Driving Licence (3.5-tonne driving experience is advantageous)
• Experience installing integrated appliances is highly desirable and will be a significant advantage.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and depots as required
