Perfect Placement UK Ltd in Chiswick is seeking an experienced Diagnostic / EV / Master Vehicle Technician to join a well‑established dealership. You will work on electric and hybrid vehicles using the latest diagnostic tools within a forward‑thinking service team.

The role offers a competitive basic salary (£46,000–£48,000) with potential OTE up to £56,000, overtime opportunities, and a 42.5-hour week with Saturdays on a rota, plus ongoing brand training and career development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Hybrid / Electric Vehicle Technician or Master Technician.
• Strong diagnostic capabilities on EVs and hybrids.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair hybrid and electric vehicles to high standards.
• Use latest diagnostic equipment to identify faults.
• Provide technical guidance to the service team.
• Ensure work aligns with manufacturer specifications and quality standards.
• Stay current with EV technology developments and manufacturer updates.
• Contribute to workshop efficiency and service excellence.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Hybrid / Electric Vehicle Technician or Master Technician

• Certification or sign off for EV work on specific vehicle brands
• Strong diagnostic capabilities and technical knowledge of electric vehicles
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
