Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS check with adult barred list.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide full personal care to residents with significant needs.
• Assist the nurse on duty with routines such as medication administration.
• Assist with blood sugar checks, simple dressings, PEG feeding.
• Support catheter and tracheostomy care, ventilation monitoring and suction.
• Provide pressure area and skin care.
• Record observations accurately and inform the nurse of changes.
