Job summary

A water service provider in Bournemouth is looking for an experienced EICA Technician to perform maintenance and repairs on water treatment systems. Suitable candidates must have experience in process control environments and hold an electrical qualification. Qualifications

• Ability to wear breathing apparatus and work in confined spaces.
• Must be based within 45 minutes of the operational area.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repair and maintenance for water treatment process control.
• Diagnose faults on asset control and automation.
• Assist Operational staff in resolving complex problems.

Skills

Previous experience in a process control environment

Electrical or electronic qualifications

Experience with PLC (Programmable Logic Control) systems

Full UK driving license

Knowledge of telemetry outstation & radio systems

Knowledge of instrumentation calibration

Willingness to learn new processes and technologies
