A major UK airport in Edinburgh is looking for an EHSQ and Fire Compliance Manager to ensure high standards in health, safety, and fire safety across the campus. The Environmental, Health, Safety and Quality (EHSQ) and Fire Compliance Manager will be a key position within the EHSQ team as well as a support role to the Edinburgh Airport Fire & Rescue Service. They will be responsible for fire compliance and ensuring that the organisation maintains high standards across health, safety and quality activities too. This role acts as a central point of expertise and assurance, including overseeing incident investigations, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring that all fire safety and EHSQ obligations are met across the campus. The successful candidate will work collaboratively across departments to embed a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
The recruitment process for this role will comprise of a two stage interview process. You will meet with our Head of EHSQ and our Head of Fire Strategy for a competency based interview, which will include a presentation to be confirmed ahead of the interview. You will also get the opportunity to meet other stakeholders relevant to the team to further your understanding of the role.
