A leading manufacturing brand in Skelmersdale is seeking an experienced EHS Site Lead to enhance safety standards across their production site. The successful candidate will manage EHS Management Systems, conduct risk assessments, and lead cultural improvement initiatives. You must hold a NEBOSH diploma or similar qualification and have experience in EHS management, ideally within an engineering or manufacturing environment. This is a full-time position offering a salary between £56,000 and £60,000.

My client is seeking an experienced EHS professional to lead continuous improvements in the sites Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Management Systems. This role will focus on driving risk assessments incident investigations and cultural improvement initiatives that enhance safety standards across the site.

You will provide technical guidance and lead risk reduction efforts within a dynamic environment that involves the assembly and production of breathing apparatus and filters as well as the safe introduction of new equipment. Success in this role will rely on your ability to collaborate effectively across all levels and departments while playing an active part in both the West Europe EHS team and the Skelmersdale site leadership team.
