Are you an experienced health, safety and environmental professional who has worked within the manufacturing industry? We are working with a leading manufacturer who are looking for a EHS Officer on a permanent basis. This role is responsible for maintaining ISO certification and ensuring the day-to-day health, safety and environmental initiatives are implemented. It also assists in maintaining a culture that positively promotes health and safety across the site.

Monday to Thursday 8am - 4:30pm, Friday 8am - 1:30pm

Job Description
  • Provide day-to-day Health, Safety & Environmental support, ensuring compliance with ISO standards, legislation, and company policies.
  • Maintain and improve safety systems, monitor key metrics, and support audits, investigations and incident reporting.
  • Advise managers and teams on HSE best practices, lead safety initiatives and deliver training.
  • Promote a positive health, safety and environmental culture.
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Well versed carrying out a similar EHS role
  • Previous experience working within the manufacturing or engineering industry
