Job summary

Raytheon UK is seeking an EHS Generalist to join the UK EHS team. The role is site-based across multiple locations and requires travel. You will support management with EHS compliance, audits, and COSHH requirements while driving continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and contribute to safety initiatives and training across the business.

Qualifications

• Qualified in EHS with NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent.
• Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 frameworks.
• Knowledge of UK environmental and health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS programmes and present plans to stakeholders.
• Develop and implement compliant EHS processes and audits.
• Provide guidance on COSHH, risk assessments, and improvement actions.
• Support site compliance, incident investigations, and reporting.
• Prepare EHS committee materials and present findings.
