Qualifications

• Proven operational EHS experience (incident investigation, risk assessment, permit‑to‑work).
• NEBOSH National General Certificate or equivalent with applied, real‑world use.
• Strong written communication skills to explain EHS responses clearly.
• Willing to apply professional judgement in high‑risk environments.

Responsibilities

• Label EHS data per guidelines (incident classification, permit‑to‑work validation, SIF severity).
• Evaluate AI outputs during testing cycles against expert rubrics.
• Test AI capabilities on realistic high‑risk scenarios using standard professional practices.
• Contribute to EHS red‑team testing by identifying edge cases and regulatory overlaps.
• Support curation of the EHS regulatory corpus and suggest authoritative sources.
