Qualifications

• Experience in an EHS advisory role on a manufacturing site, ideally pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• NEBOSH certified.
• Ability to communicate and influence across all levels.
• Accountable, attentive to detail and a natural problem-solver.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on Environmental, Health & Safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver EHS training programs to employees at all levels.
• Monitor and report on EHS performance, ensuring compliance with legal and corporate standards.
• Lead incident investigations and support root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
