The Oil & Pipelines Agency is hiring an EHS Advisor to be based at Finnart OFD, Helensburgh. The role requires NEBOSH qualifications and a technical background to ensure safety, sustainability, and regulatory alignment for COMAH sites.

You will audit site activities, support risk management, and advise on HSSE implementations while liaising with authorities and management. Travel to other sites may be required.

Formación

• Preferably an Engineering graduate with NEBOSH qualifications.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a health and safety role within a COMAH regulated environment.
• Solid understanding of COMAH, CDM, MAH regulatory requirements, and risk assessment methods.

Responsabilidades

• Provide HSSE advice to site leads and project managers.
• Support CDM implementation and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and monitor Safety and Environmental management systems (SMS/EMS) per ISO 45001, 14001.
• Produce regular HSSE performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in contractor HSSE improvements and risk reduction initiatives.
