The Shoreline Power Group is a fully integrated Joint Venture of Aecon and AtkinsRealis located in Kincardine, Ontario. Shoreline Power Group is the centerpiece of the Major Component Replacement (MCR) program which replaces the main components of 6 reactors at the Bruce Power Nuclear Generating Station. The scope includes removal and replacement of calandria tubes, pressure tubes and feeders, as well as construction management and trade labor. This project is part of Bruce Power’s Life Extension Program to keep CANDU units operating safely through to 2064.
The Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Advisor reports to the EHS Manager through the Departmental Lead(s) and is responsible for providing health and safety advice and assistance to project line Supervisors. The EHS Advisor audits the Project EHS Programs and works with the line organization to develop corrective actions with the goal of continuously improving health and safety in the workplace.
