University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Deputy Training Manager to join our Epic Training & Adoption team in London. This fixed-term maternity cover role focuses on supporting our Epic Electronic Health Record system.

You will contribute to training delivery, digital services and patient-centred care, building knowledge across clinical and non-clinical staff while working within a nationally leading NHS trust.

Qualifications

  • Masters level or equivalent through experience and professional development.
  • Higher professional clinical or management degree or equivalent (or in exceptional circumstances – able to demonstrate significant level of equivalent of experience).
  • Epic certification and knowledge of EHRS and digital services.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in working in both a training and digital healthcare role to support our Electronic Health Record (Epic) system which went live in April 2019.

We are looking for a skilled, experienced and enthusiastic Deputy Training Manager to join our innovative Epic Training & Adoption team. This position is to cover maternity leave of the existing post holder.

Person specification
Knowledge and Qualifications
  • Educated to Masters level or equivalent through experience and professional development.
  • Higher professional clinical or management degree or equivalent (or in exceptional circumstances – able to demonstrate significant level of equivalent of experience).
  • Highly specialist knowledge across a wide range of subject areas relating to EHRS and digital services including holding Epic certification.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of patient pathways and flow
Experience
  • Relevant project management or improvement experience, with a track record of delivery.
