Qualifications

• Psychology graduate with interest in SEN and practical experience providing support.
• Able to support 1:1 and small groups and adapt to individual EHCP targets.
• Willingness to work with diverse learners and collaborate with teachers.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support tailored to EHCP targets.
• Help students develop confidence, independence, communication and active participation in learning.
• Support students’ academic, social, emotional and behavioural development.
• Observe and monitor progress, wellbeing, behaviour and engagement throughout the day.
