• Experience of working with students with learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to support student journeys.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the process of reviewing and maintaining records for students with SEND.
• Work closely with families and external agencies as prescribed by the SEND Code of Practice.
• Ensure the needs of students with SEND are being met.
