Job summary

Oxfordshire County Council is recruiting an EHCP Case Coordinator to join the Tribunals, Resolutions and Compliance Team. You will support tribunal casework from assessment to appeal, ensuring deadlines are met and data correctly captured for reporting and governance.

The role involves coordinating with families and agencies, handling complex cases within statutory timeframes, and contributing to continuous SEND improvement across services.

As part of this, we continue to invest in Special Educational Needs & Disabilities (SEND), with the growth of our four sub teams within the EHCP Casework Team:

  • Assessment Team
  • Early Years and Primary Team
  • Secondary and Post 16 Team
  • EHCP Assessment Team
  • Tribunals, Resolutions and Compliance Team

Due to our continued investment in SEND, we are looking for an EHCP Case Coordinator to join our Tribunals, Resolutions and Compliance Team. This is a varied role and will involve supporting the team in all aspects of Tribunal Casework.

Reporting to the Lead Officer for Tribunals, Resolutions and Compliance, you will be responsible for monitoring progress to ensure statutory deadlines are met and to support the smooth running of the Tribunals, Resolutions and Compliance. This will include supporting the Lead Officer with all aspect of tribunal appeals as well as providing support with LGSO's, mediation allocations and the capture and reporting of important data.
