Hillingdon Council is seeking an EHC Co-ordinator to guide children and young people through the Education, Health and Care assessment process within the SEND Service. Hillingdon Council is looking for an EHC Co-ordinator to join our SEND Service. This is a rewarding opportunity to work directly with children, young people and their families, guiding them through the Education, Health and Care (EHC) assessment process and supporting them throughout their SEND journey.
As an EHC Co-ordinator, you will manage a caseload of children and young people aged 0 to 25 who are undergoing an Education, Health and Care needs assessment or who have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).
Acting as a key point of contact for families, educational settings and professionals, you will coordinate the statutory assessment process, ensure children and young people remain at the centre of decision-making, and help secure the support needed to achieve positive outcomes.

The role also involves regular visits to schools and educational settings across the borough. Therefore, access to a car or another reliable method of travel is essential.
