Job Description:

Are you a strategic logistics leader ready to take your career to the next level? We’re looking for a Head of Supply Chain to drive and elevate our end-to-end local supply chain operations within a highly regulated, fast-paced healthcare environment.

This leadership role involves shaping the future of logistics, ensuring seamless operations from warehouse management to clinic replenishment, and identifying opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and growth.

Requirements include at least 5 years of leadership experience in logistics, preferably within the medical device or pharmaceutical sector, managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers, and hands-on experience with system implementations such as S4H. Financial fluency in logistics budgeting and cost optimization, along with a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory standards like GDP and ADR, are essential.

The role offers a hybrid work environment, initially up to 5 days onsite, then 2–3 days weekly at our head office in Huthwaite, Nottinghamshire. Responsibilities include leading logistics operations, managing 3PL relationships, overseeing S4H implementation, driving continuous improvement, monitoring KPIs, managing budgets, leading S&OP processes, ensuring compliance, and fostering team collaboration.
