Art Teacher required Wakefield, GBP162 - GBP219 per day

We have a part-time, long-term Art Teacher vacancy starting ASAP at a popular school in Wakefield. This is a great opportunity to join an ambitious team; working 3 days per week, initially on an ongoing basis.

Art Teacher responsibilities and duties

The school is committed to establishing first-class standards, and we seek Secondary Art teachers who offer high levels of enthusiasm and motivation, engaging and inspiring pupils to participate in KS3 & KS4 Art. You will work across both key stages with students of all abilities.

Every student at the school is cared for, supported, and challenged to maximize their potential. The school is improving strongly, with supportive and effective leadership in place.

Teachers of all experience levels, including NQTs, will be considered for this role.

Requirements for the Art Teacher role

• Recognized teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent, QTS).
• The ability to quickly build positive relationships with staff and students.
• Strong subject knowledge of the Art Curriculum.
