What You’ll Do:

1. Tech-Savvy Tasks: Install, upgrade, and perform procedures on gaming equipment.
2. Maintenance Master: Perform preventative and general maintenance on casino products to ensure smooth operation.
3. Report Wizard: Complete paperwork and reports accurately and promptly.
4. Customer Service Champion: Provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
5. Troubleshooting Superstar: Resolve service incidents efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.
6. Inventory Hero: Manage parts and inventory effectively.
7. On-Call Rotation: Participate in weekly on-call duties, providing 24/7 support when required.
8. Safety First: Follow all safety protocols, especially in high-energy environments.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Education: High School diploma or GED.
• License to Drive: Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Tech Skills: Basic knowledge of AC/DC electronics and computer networking; training provided.
• Experience: Knowledge of electronics and computer networking; gaming experience is a plus.
• Tools of the Trade: Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility: Ability to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Compliance: Ability to obtain licensing through Nevada Gaming Control Board or other jurisdictions.
