Salary: £26,000 - £30,000

We need driven and ambitious individuals to join our growing team and help us deliver exceptional results!

The role

As a Technology Recruitment Consultant, you will face a new challenge every day. Some tasks and duties will include:

• Building a strong network of candidates in the digital space. We work across the UK, Europe and Ireland so exposure to different markets!
• Work alongside an experienced IT Recruiter that has commercial knowledge in the industry to learn the ropes of recruitment. They will play a pivotal role in your personal development and shaping your early days in recruitment.
• Providing a high-quality service to client through extensive research and headhunting.
• Keeping up to date with market trends, your knowledge will reflect in your work.
• Natural Curiosity to figure out how recruitment works and to be better at your job.
• Providing an understanding of career opportunities in the markets we serve.
• Leading negotiations on offer negotiation.
• Attracting talented candidates through various means of communication. Headhunting, adverts, LinkedIn, Networking events (the list goes on …)
• Proactivity approaching high performing candidates on the market that will likely be happy in their role, and selling them on the wider opportunity with our clients.

Expected Earnings

Year 1: £30,000 - £35,000

Year 2: £40,000 - £50,000

Year 3: £60,000 +
