To be our people growth champion, supporting the People Growth team and wider to push their boundaries, co-creating expansive and memorable experiences for everyone.


  • Drive People Growth Initiatives: Analyse feedback and collaborate across departments to assess and enhance the impact of growth initiatives, aligning with business objectives.
  • Onboarding Improvement: Regularly evaluate onboarding processes, using insights to refine and enhance the experience in alignment with the brand.
  • Foster Learning Culture: Promote a growth mindset, particularly among entry-level associates, and contribute to building an empowered learning culture.
  • Impactful Store Visits: Establish a presence in stores, building relationships with teams, and ensuring consistency in values and experiential retail across all locations.
  • Collaboration for Consistency: Work with various departments to maintain a unified brand experience, collaborating with regional or store managers for consistency.
  • Content Creation and Management: Collaborate with department experts to create engaging learning content on our Internal learning platform, organise and manage content, and monitor user engagement and relevance.
  • Internal Communication: Coordinate and share information among teams, manage communication channels, and collect feedback to ensure effective communication and understanding.
  • Workshop and Event Coordination: Manage logistics for workshops and events, including venue selection, travel, scheduling, and material preparation.
  • Positive Social and Environmental Impact: Commit to optimising social and environmental impact, supporting charity partnerships, and contributing to sustainability efforts in the role.

  • A highly organised and proactive self-starter, ready to roll your sleeves up and experiment with new technologies and training tools.

  • You are excited by autonomy and creativity, with a passion for our product, and professional development.
  • You have strong communication skills and feel confident managing multiple channels to effectively reach and engage people.
  • You are highly organised and reliable with logistical responsibilities and coordination of people and events.
  • You have a keen interest in learning psychology and mental health.
  • Experience in a people team or in a people centred role ideal, but not a deal-breaker.
  • You have a hunger for feedback, are naturally curious, and always strive to elevate your work.
