Job summary

Searchability in Cheltenham is seeking an experienced eDV Delivery Manager for a secure Government environment. You will coordinate multiple workstreams, track dependencies and maintain momentum with senior stakeholders to ensure priorities are delivered.

The role requires previous delivery-management experience within government or similarly complex settings, excellent organisation and strong stakeholder skills, and it is an on-site, 5-days-per-week contract with DV clearance requirements.

• £740-£760 per day DOE
• Inside IR35
• Contract until 31 March 2027
• 5 days per week on-site
• Highest level of UK Security Clearance required

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to support a large technical delivery team within a secure Government environment.

You'll help coordinate multiple workstreams, maintain delivery momentum and work closely with technical teams and senior stakeholders to ensure priorities are delivered effectively.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a Delivery Manager or similar delivery-focused role
• Experience working within Government or similarly complex environments
• Strong organisation, coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing multiple workstreams and competing priorities

DESIRABLE

• Understanding of technology, infrastructure or network environments
• Experience working with large, multidisciplinary technical teams
• Previous experience supporting secure Government programmes
