eDV Cleared Business Change Consultant

London or Cheltenham

£65,000 - £95,000 plus DV bonus and 12% annual bonus

Scot Lewis is working with an exciting and growing Consultancy that provides a range of services to Central Government customers, with expertise in Defence & National Security.

I'm on the look out for eDV Cleared Business Change Consultants to join the team in delivering critical transformation programmes.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-impact, large scale data management programmes and vitally important National Security Platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business change initiatives from inception to delivery in secure environments.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.
• Develop and implement change management strategies, plans, and communications tailored to highly sensitive environments.
• Drive user adoption through engagement, training, and support activities
• Act as the bridge between technical delivery teams and business stakeholders, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment.
• Apply delivery management practices to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Collaborate closely with cloud engineers and DevOps teams, particularly in environments using AWS technologies.
• Facilitate workshops, briefings, and training sessions with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of business change and delivery frameworks across the consultancy.

Skills and experience

• Experience in business change consulting, within secure environments
• Strong business analysis skills, confident capturing requirements
• Solid stakeholder engagement and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Delivery Management experience is highly desirable
• Knowledge of AWS is a massive plus, but by no means essential

Consultants can be based in either Gloucestershire or London, but must hold current enhanced developed vetting security clearance.
