Buckinghamshire Council Educational Psychology Service is expanding through the Experts at Hand programme, offering flexible, hybrid working across Bucks and partner settings. We recruit HCPC-registered Educational Psychologists (or eligible trainees) to influence schools, families and the wider system.

In addition to the advertised salary, a market premium of £2,500 per year and a one-off £2,000 Golden Hello are available to external hires, with relocation support up to £8,000 and a strong

Qualifications

• HCPC registration or eligibility to register
• Doctorate in Educational Psychology required
• Experience as an Educational Psychologist or Doctoral training with EP placement
• Strong collaboration with schools, families and partners

Responsibilities

• Provide educational psychology services across schools and settings
• Lead consultation, assessments and interventions
• Support preventative and early intervention work and system-level projects
