We are seeking a dedicated Educational Psychologist to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about using psychological knowledge and skills to improve students' learning and emotional well‑being. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with educators, parents and students to create supportive and effective educational environments.

Day‑to‑day of the role
  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students’ educational and emotional needs.
  • Develop and implement intervention strategies and educational programs tailored to individual student needs.
  • Provide consultation to teachers and school staff on how to implement psychological principles and techniques in the classroom.
  • Offer guidance and support to parents on issues affecting their child’s education and development.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to address complex student needs and promote a holistic approach to education.
  • Conduct research on educational practices and psychological factors affecting learning to continuously improve school programs.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions for staff and parents to enhance their understanding of educational psychology.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or higher in Educational Psychology or a related field.
