A leading UK university in Sheffield is seeking Education Support Officers across multiple schools. The role involves coordinating programme information and engaging with students and staff to improve educational standards. (There are eight Education Support Officer roles available across the University – five full‑time/permanent, one part‑time/permanent and two full‑time/fixed‑term. Further details are below.)
You will be part of a team that develops, manages and improves the effective organisation of our taught programmes and related student procedures. You will work within clear policies and processes across the student journey in order to meet regulatory requirements and consistently deliver educational excellence.
You will play a key role in ensuring the implementation and ongoing review of programme‑level approach in the School and contributing to the strategic development of the portfolio. This will involve coordinating high quality and consistent programme and module information in various University systems.
We are looking to appoint a supportive, organised and motivated individual who is committed to driving improvements within our programmes. The successful candidate will have experience of maintaining information with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail and will have previously supported student or programme related processes. They will also be able to build effective relationships with staff and students and work flexibly to support the activities of the team.

Salary: £27,319 - £31,236 (per annum, pro rata for part‑time)
