Job summary

• Ability to translate university priorities into school-level delivery and drive continuous improvement in learning and teaching.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for education, student experience, TEF readiness and student outcomes.
• Collaborate with programme and subject leads, senior tutors, module teams and student representatives to monitor progress.
• Contribute to workload planning, staff development and effective deployment of academic capacity.
