Education Candidate Resourcer

We are an education specialist recruitment business looking for a confident and experienced Education Candidate Resourcer to work in partnership with our Liverpool Branch. The role involves building and maintaining a candidate pipeline for three experienced consultants, attracting candidates through advertising, networking, headhunting and referrals, screening and interviewing them, conducting background checks and presenting them to consultants.

Role Summary & Objectives

The position requires creating a healthy candidate pool by regularly contacting candidates, advising on salary, training and career opportunities. You will also manage the database, draft advertising copy, source candidates, conduct interviews, obtain references and maintain market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new candidates through advertising and database management
  • Screen and match candidates to suitable job roles
  • Contact candidates to arrange interviews via various means and social media
  • Handle administration related to the vetting procedure
  • Respond to general queries about contracts and pay
  • Build and sustain a candidate pipeline – attraction, selection and conversion
  • Obtain candidate weekly availability and create bookings in the in‑house recruitment software
  • Format CVs and source candidates through various channels
  • Support consultants in filling bookings as required
  • Conduct candidate interviews both on‑site and off‑site
  • Gain references and market knowledge
Liaising With
  • Management team, marketing, compliance, payroll, HR, operations, accounts, clients, candidates and external parties connected to the company business
