Overview

Blackstone Recruitment are now hiring Recruitment Consultants to join our team. As part of this expansion, we are looking for individuals to work on our education team - recruiting both temp and permanent education professionals across the UK. We also have opportunities within our private and NHS Healthcare team.

Location -> Fully remote working

Hours of work -> Monday-Friday 08.30 - 17.30

Salary -> £24,000 - £32,000 P.A Negoitable depending on experience. Competitive commission structure.

Summary of role
  • To achieve growth sales and targets as set by your manager
  • To achieve business, call, interview and deal KPIs as set by your manager on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Deliver business development objectives for your specific area by bringing on new clients
  • Contribute towards the implementation, embedding and improvement of all business processes to realise Blackstone Recruitment's full potential for growth
  • Establish candidate sourcing mechanisms for your specific market area alongside your team manager
  • Maximise all job sourcing mechanisms to deliver growth for your desk
  • Work closely with your Team Manager to ensure consistency of delivery
  • Receive regular 1-1s with your Team Manager who will work closely with you in supporting to achieve KPIs
  • Responsible for making sure all your working candidates are compliant as per standards set out by our clients and Blackstone Recruitment
  • Be part of a culture of high performance that delivers on a weekly basis
  • Be determined to succeed with a positive attitude
What we are looking for
  • Essential: Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience
  • Desirable: Established Education recruitment experience and expertise in this area
  • Hardworking, with a natural desire to succeed
